Money not yet deposited. From al ansari exchange for fgb savings certificate

I had deposited 1300 Dirhams in fgb for First Savings certificate from all ansari exchange khalidiya mall brainch and my application number is 70525382 it’s supposed to be deposited in three working days but now its 5 to 6 days and it’s not yet deposited and bank didn’t receive the application and when I went to The Exchange yesterday the cashier told me that we are handing the follow up and when I asked her that when money will be deposited and she did said inshallah thats it.I need some money how shall I withdraw cause it’s not yet deposited.is that way they r serving to customers.
